Mission Statement

As a group of Duke students, faculty and staff, we are working to attract
attention to the Greensboro Truth & Reconciliation Commission Report, the
process behind it, its relevance to Duke, its significance for race and class
relations in the contemporary South, its place in academic, activist and
community debates about the role and achievements of TRC institutions, and the role of entrepreneurial borrowings across the human rights movement (ie Greensboro learns from South Africa).
